How to delete your account

If you wish to delete your account, we're truly sorry to see you go. Your experience matters to us, and while we respect your decision, we'd appreciate the opportunity to help if something didn't meet your expectations.

Account deletion permanently removes your personal data associated with our service, and once completed, cannot be reversed.

To request permanent account deletion, send an email to legal@calmido.com from the address linked to your account.

For security reasons, we need to verify your identity before proceeding. After your identity has been verified we will process the deletion in accordance with GDPR requirements and notify you once everything has been completed.
